Luxepoxy Premium Coatings ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides epoxy floor coating services including metallic epoxy floors, garage flake systems, commercial coatings, and residential interior coatings throughout Southwest Riverside County and San Diego County, California. The Site is used to provide information about our services and to collect quote requests from prospective customers.

3. Quote Requests & No Guarantee of Service

Submitting a quote request form on this Site does not constitute a contract or guarantee of service. All quotes are subject to an on-site assessment, material availability, and scheduling. Final pricing is confirmed in a written estimate provided by Luxepoxy Premium Coatings prior to any work commencing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, videos, and graphics — is the property of Luxepoxy Premium Coatings and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

5. User Conduct

The 2-year workmanship warranty offered on completed flooring installations is separate from this disclaimer and is governed by the written service agreement provided at the time of installation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxepoxy Premium Coatings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as chat widgets or mapping tools). These are provided for convenience only. Luxepoxy Premium Coatings has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. SMS Messaging Program

By submitting a quote request form on this Site and checking the SMS consent checkbox(es), you agree to the following terms governing our SMS messaging program operated by Luxepoxy Premium Coatings LLC.

• Program description: Luxepoxy Premium Coatings LLC sends SMS text messages for two purposes: (1) Transactional — quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, project status updates, and direct client communication; and (2) Promotional — special offers and seasonal service announcements (only to contacts who have separately opted in to marketing messages).
• Opt-in: You opt in by voluntarily checking the SMS consent checkbox on our quote request form. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
• How to opt out (Text STOP): You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

• Carrier liability disclaimer: Mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Luxepoxy Premium Coatings LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier in connection with SMS messages.
• Age restriction: Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
